If you are not completely satisfied with the amount of leads and service you are getting within the first 30 days of posting, we will completely refund you the total cost of any fees paid to Rent Marketer under the terms and conditions listed below.
Terms and Conditions:
A refund will be given for up to three (3) properties (per company or investor) listed on Rent Marketer for 30 days. All properties must have at least one photo to qualify and the photo must be posted the same day the property is posted. Each ad must also have the toll free number that Rent Marketer supplies. Refunds must be requested, in writing or verbally, on or before the 30th day of using our services. To be eligible you must be a first-time paying customer of Rent Marketer. Guarantee does not apply to promotional offers. Any additional partner site upgrades will not be covered. The refund check will be sent to billing address provided within customer's account.
